FAQ

We`ve made a list of questions about a med school which our customers are interested in. Have a look at them and let us know if something is still not quite clear.

  • Can I Have an Advisor Write an Essay If I Pay Extra?

We understand that you are under enormous pressure as you apply to medical school. We also understand that writing may not be one of your core talents. Still, it’s important that your essay is written in your own words. The answer to this question is no. We will provide help, advice, proofreading, and editing, but we will not write your essay or provide you with a draft.

  • Is This Worth The Cost?

If you want to get into a medical school program that will lead to a job in a top hospital or medical center or on a renown research team, the answer is yes. Competition is stiff, and there are a limited number of openings. We will help you stand out from other students and make admissions counselors take notice.

  • If I Choose the Hourly Package, What Does Billable Time Mean?

Please, keep in mind that our medical school admissions advisors are highly qualified. When they are working for you, they are actively engaged in tasks that will have a positive impact on your future. Any time when they are working on tasks related to your admissions is considered to be billable time. Yes, this does include time spent drafting emails and answering questions. The exception to this is when they are answering questions involving billing queries or our policies.

  • Can You Edit My Essay Draft I’ve Written Already?

If you have written your essay and simply want advice related to proofreading and editing, let us know. We can absolutely accommodate this request. However, if you want to do this, please understand that you should definitely consider buying an hourly rate package. This will allow you to only pick and choose the services that are most appealing to you.

  • Can You Guarantee Admission?

No, we cannot guarantee that you will be admitted into your school of choice. In fact, if anyone offers you this promise, be very careful. There are simply too many things outside of the control of any college admissions service to make this guaranteed.

However, what we can do is guarantee that we will give you great advice and attentive service. We also stand behind our record. Many students have used our services and gained entry to some of the most prestigious schools ever.

  • What Can I Expect from the Letters of Recommendation?

Most medical school programs want some form of validation about your talents and dedication from a third party. So, they ask for one or two letters of recommendation. Unfortunately, nobody knows you better than you do yourself. Worse, many instructors and employers will only throw together a very generic letter for you.

At Academode, we believe that you are more than qualified to compose your own letter. We will work with you to determine the exact points to cover in your letter for maximum results.

  • How Do I Get Started?

The first thing you’ll want to do is choose the package that works best for you. Pick between our hourly rate package, where you are billed only for the time we spend on your medical school application, or our comprehensive package. For the latter, you pay a flat rate for all of the assistance that you need.

  • Which Medical Specialties Do You Cover?

We cover any and all medical specialties as well as fellowship programs. If you are interested in optometry, osteopathy, dentistry, chiropractic, even becoming a PA, we are here to help. Your consultant will have experience in the application process. They will help you determine the best approach to take with your med school application.
