Admission Essay for EMBA

I was a senior stocks broker at the time, and at that day—now immortalized to Saudis as “Black Sunday”—all stocks prices began their plunge to levels unprecedented in the history of the Saudi stocks market. That experience left me in deep thought about what went wrong, and if something could have been done to protect the investors involved. It ultimately evoked in me a strong passion for Compliance and Governance that has stayed with me to this day. And it is with these same passion that I am compelled to enroll under Henley’s Flexible EMBA.
