Paul came to Academode with years of background serving on the medical board of a prominent hospital conglomerate. A large part of his work involved evaluating applicants for internships and residencies; this means assessing their academics and practicums during their medical school studies as well as their textual documentation and essays. He has also served as a member of interview committees, and this is a critical part of every candidacy.

The greatest strength that Paul brings to our team is in the evaluation of applicant packages and then the preparation of candidates for those interviews – tough and intense events for even the most qualified candidates. With Paul’s help and through mock interview processes, candidates will know what to expect, will have plenty of practice, and will go into those interviews with confidence.

In his spare time, Paul is a motorcycle enthusiast participating in long-distance events.
